Neurofeedback is AMAZING! After my first session, the results were immediate. I suffer from anxiety/racing thoughts which my brain map immediately identfied. It was beautiful driving home, at mental peace. When i would get distracted, my thoughts would go back to the calm state without much effort. I can say confidently that I’m so proud of where I am at right now after my first 5 week journey with Kay Spears. Putting a dress on that I bought 6 months ago and wearing it for the first time since. Having to safety pin it in the back because of how big it is on me is giving me mixed emotions. I noticed that I was having difficulty retrieving words and my sleep was erratic. The brain map showed exactly my where my concern was and I was impressed with that. Through my neurofeedback my word retrieval has improved significantly and my sleep is now peaceful and sound. I feel like I was difficult due to the stress in my life, but I think after half I noticed the difference.
